02 The challenge

The platform is rarely the hard part. The configuration around it is.

Virtual and in-person audiences need different journeys.

Remote attendees, onsite attendees and on-demand viewers each need their own access, content and communications. If those paths aren't designed up front, hybrid events end up feeling like two events stitched together.

Exhibitors and sponsors judge the event by their experience.

Booth setup, lead capture, meeting scheduling and follow-up data all need to work for exhibitors, and each one adds content to collect, chase and check before launch.

Content, access and data sit outside the platform too.

Sessions, streams, login methods and attendee records depend on registration, streaming and CRM tools working together. Gaps between them show up as access problems on the day and missing leads afterwards.

06 FAQ

Questions we hear about vFairs.

Can vFairs support a hybrid event, or is it mainly for virtual?

vFairs supports virtual and hybrid formats. What matters is designing the experience for each audience, meaning what remote and onsite attendees share and where their journeys differ. We define that with you first, then configure vFairs and any onsite tools to match.

How do exhibitors and sponsors get value from a vFairs event?

It depends on how the booths, lead capture and scheduling are set up and how well exhibitors are prepared. We configure the exhibitor experience, help exhibitors get their content in on time, and set up reporting so lead data is easy to act on afterwards.

Can we connect vFairs to our CRM and marketing tools?

In most cases, yes. The available methods depend on your CRM and how your vFairs account is set up, so we confirm the options early. The key decisions are which fields sync, in which direction and how often, and we agree those before building.

How do attendees log in and access the right content?

Access can be shaped around attendee types, and depending on your setup may connect to your registration system or single sign-on. We map the access rules first and test each attendee path before launch, so login issues don't surface on the day.

Can E&M help with an event that's already set up in vFairs?

Yes. We can review your existing build, tidy up structure and access, strengthen the exhibitor experience and support you through the live event.
