01 About E&M · Independent event technology delivery

We came from inside the platforms. Now we work inside your event.

E&M is an independent event technology delivery team. We close the gap between what platforms can do and what events actually need.

02 Our story

Why we built E&M.

We started in the platforms. Our founders spent years as Solution Specialists at Cvent, helping event teams get events live on one of the industry's most widely used platforms.

From that seat, the gap was clear. Platforms were capable, but real events were messier than any demo: approvals, data rules, integrations, late changes, and a team that still had an event to run. The technology worked. Making it work for a specific event was where teams struggled.

So we built E&M to fill that gap: an independent delivery layer that configures, integrates and runs event technology around how your event actually works, whichever platform sits underneath.

03 Beliefs

What we believe.

01

Your team stays in control.

You own the event, the audience and the outcomes. We take on the technology workload, not the decisions.

02

Your platform should serve your event.

Not the other way round. We shape the platform to your rules instead of bending your event to a default template.

03

Great technology should be invisible.

When it works, attendees notice the experience and your team notices the time they got back.

04 How we work

How we work.

01

Embedded

We work as part of your team, in your channels and to your timelines.

02

Practical

We recommend what will work on the day, not what looks best in a proposal.

03

Platform agnostic

We work across the major event platforms and suggest changes only where they're justified.

04

Delivery accountable

We own what we commit to deliver, from build through live event to close.

06 Perspective

How we think.

Most event technology problems are design problems that show up late. Data structure, integration ownership and fallback planning are cheapest to get right at the start, and most expensive to fix on the day. We write about what we see, and what we'd do differently.
